Real Weddings – Jennifer and Daniel

As the year comes to close, I thought I should wrap things up with a heartwarming and picture-esque Real Weddings.  I was just having a conversation with someone today about inspirational weddings and unique reception venues.  So, I am thrilled to showcase the wedding of Jennifer and Daniel.  In fact, when Jennifer told me they were wonderful friends and well-matched partners in life, I have to say I smiled to myself and felt so incredibly happy for a couple that I had never even met.  I could sense her happiness, and you just don’t find that very much nowadays.

Now, back to the wedding itself!  I love that they chose a wedding location  (Western Massachusetts) because it’s an area that means a lot to them – they try to visit often, going to Tanglewood performances and simply for weekend trips.

I love that they decided to forego a wedding party, and instead, opted to have their family walk down the aisle during the processional during the ceremony.
I love that they chose a really fabulous reception venue – the Barrington Brewery in Great Barrington.

A little bit about their wedding:
Date – April 30, 2011
Ceremony – St. Joseph Catholic Church, Stockbridge
Reception – Barrington Brewery, Great Barrington
Photographer – Cynthia Abbot Photography
Flowers –  Casandra Redel Events
Jennifer and Daniel honeymooned in Jerez de la Frontera in Spain.  And if you are wondering what that was like…
“We spent many nights strolling city streets, drinking sangria and sherry. The weather was beautiful, and we planned our trip to coincide with the city’s massive equestrian fair, which was culturally interesting and also a lot of fun. The flamenco dancing and displays of horsemanship were highlights for us.”

Congrats to Jennifer and Daniel!
