Wedding Gown Wednesday!

I have to say, there are so many things that I love about David’s Bridal (hence, why I love to feature so many of their beautiful gowns!).  For one, their locations.  You can find a David’s Bridal retail store just about anywhere (they even have international locations).  And if you happen to be one of the few people who doesn’t live anyhere near a retail store, you can purchase online easily. Second, they have an over the top product offering.  Yes, you can go in and buy your wedding gown.  But, your whole entire bridal party can be outfitted there – bridesmaids, junior bridesmaids, flower girl(s), groomsmen, ring bearer, and of course, the groom.  Not to mention mothers of the bride and groom, too.  You can find any accessory you need there – shoes, veils, the oh-so-trendy birdcage veil, headbands, sashes (LOVE, LOVE, LOVE sashes!), and undergarments.  But the best thing I love about David’s Bridal is that they carry gorgeous, modern, stylish wedding gowns at affordable prices.  How many bridal stores can say that?

Now, many bridal stores hav released spring lines already but David’s is still introducing new gowns (great news for brides!)   I wanted to share this one  in particular with you because as soon as I saw it, I thought “mature, sexy yet romantic, and elegant”.  Ithas all-over lace, ribbon at the waist, and a sweep train.  Now, you know I love me a good strapless wedding gown, so this was already up my alley.  This lace gown can be worn just about anywhere your wedding is held – hotel ballroom, country club, function hall, even seaside.  It’s simple and classic, which allows you to really choose any type of jewelry you like to wear with it – just about any jewelry will complement this gown.  I usually like to imagine what I would wear with the gowns I hightlight.  But I have to say, I love the long veil and flower hair pin the model has on in the photo.  They give it just enough drama, but it’s not overly done.  You’ll look back at this gown in 20 years and still love it.

The gown is available in white and off white and is priced at (ready for this?) $549.
