It’s no secret. There are two things in fashion I am slightly obsessed with – Nordstrom and Amsale wedding gowns. So, when I heard they collaborated for Nordstrom’s Spring 2013 wedding gown line, I became super excited! And while I basically love every Amsale gown I see, I think my heart skipped a beat when I saw this one. I actually started to wonder if it would be ok for me to buy it – just for fun. Perhaps more housework would get done if I had this gown to clean in? You know it would make it more fun!

Anyway, back to the gown. Simply stunning. The Nouvelle Amsale Asymmetrical Trumpet gown. This dress has it all. It’s taffeta, so it holds everything in (if you know what I mean). It has a sweetheart neckline, which so many brides love and want in a gown! It has a fitted bodice that it totally figure flattering. And it’s asymmetrical design will simply elongate you. Oh yeah – and the flower on the side adds just enough touch without overdoing it.

In true Amsale fashion, this gown is a statement piece – but it’s a gown that you will wear – not the gown wearing you. It’s simple enough to pair with almost any headpiece or jewelry selection. And why not – choose a fab pair of shoes to go with it! I’m thinking blinged-out strappies or perhaps one of my favorites, Badgley Mischka colored pumps.

And if all that doesn’t get you hooked, the gown retails for just $2,600.

The gown is available through Nordstrom’s in-store Wedding Suite. For more information, contact 1.888.300.1295.
