When I think of Anne Barge bridal gowns, one word comes to mind – classic.   There has never been an Anne Barge gown I haven’t liked.  Why, you ask?  It’s simple.  Her bridal gowns are timeless.   Brides who are lucky enough to snatch up one of her gorgeous designs will never look back at their wedding photos years from now and wonder “what was I thinking?”.   Whether you are a super-modern bride, traditional, or prefer a vintage feel, there is something for everyone in her collection.  Her gowns are beautiful today, and they still will be years to come.  When you see an Anne Barge gown, you can tell right off the bat the attention to detail it took to create the gown.  Whether the gown is simple and elegant or with exquisite details, these’s no question it’s a beautiful and beautifully made gown that any bride would love.

That’s why I am so excited that Anne Barge has teamed up with Nordstrom’s Wedding Suite for a special line of bridal gowns.  While all the gowns are stunning, I wanted to share this one that I fell in love with.  The Amherst gown has an elongated bodice.  Elongated bodice = slimmer you.  I love the pick-up skirt as well.  With the bodice being (appropriately) fitted, a skirt that stands out makes a statement.  And how about that gorgeous belt? Honestly, the gown is so pretty without it, but how can you pass it up?

The gown retails for $3,730 (matching belt retails for $790) and is available at select Nordstrom Wedding Suites and or by calling 1.888.300.1295.  So, give them a call – maybe if enough Boston brides do, we can talk them into opening a Wedding Suite in one of our local stores 🙂
