Wedding Gown of the Week!

Once in a while I come across a bridal gown that makes my jaw drop.  A gown that would be flattering on any figure.  A gown that is classic, yet has just a little something extra special that will make heads turn.  A bridal gown that you can pair with just about any accessories that fit your style and you will still look fabulous.  A gown that can be worn in just about any wedding setting – a classic Boston ballroom, a New England country club, a rustic outdoor wedding, or a waterfront wedding on the Cape.

Let me introduce you to this runway-worthy gown from Alfred Angelo (Style 2388).  If you haven’t guessed it by now, I am a HUGE fan of Alfred Angelo.  The carry gorgeous styles, have a bunch of locations in Massachusetts convenient to get to for just about any area bride, and their prices can’t be beat.

So, back to this gown.  It’s soft and flow-y, and speaks volumes, although it’s light so it won’t feel as if you are wearing volumes (thank God, right? Heavy gowns can really make your wedding day difficult in so many ways).  It’s made of net, crystal beading, satin ribbon and an 0h-s0 delicate organza flower.  But what I (a so many others ) LOVE about this gown is it’s one-shoulder detail.  Take away the one-shoulder and it’s a regular strapless gown.  But if you want to stand out, this detail will do it for you.  The shoulder detail is sheer, so it’s gives just enough “wow” factor.  If you think about it, it almost has a Grecian feel, doesn’t it?  This gown is stunning!  It’s available in Diamond White or White and sizes 0-26w.  This beautiful wedding gown retails for $799.
